Started His Career at KG Hospital, Coimbatore In 1973 And Started Rural Service at Karamadai, Coimbatore 1n 1975 as a small clinic which then flourished to nursing home and a multispecialty hospital. He also worked in honorary position at GKNM hospital - cancer wing.
The services extended from population including the Tribals from the Pillur dam to remote areas near Annur. His services included Trauma, Ortho Obstretic, Gyen , Surgery, and Emergency care when these services were not available to this population during early 70s and 80s.
Gradually various specialist were brought in by him and their services were provided to the community. Standardization of the hospital with ISO 2009-2015 since 2009 and NABH since 2018 was done under his guidance. Working with the government CMCHIS scheme since its inception in 2009, more than 4000 free hearing aid and free camps and free surgeries were done.

More than 161 free medical cams benefitting more than 2000 people of the rural and tribal arears
Conducted 18 life saving first aid for school and colleges as a training programme to educate and training students and teachers in medical emergency
Conducted 12 free anemia screening programme for tribals in association with the forest department for
Working in association with child helpline RDO, Aravangadu for prevention of child abuse and in child welfare
Awareness and training in handling emergency & road side accident& first aid for drivers in association with RTO, Mettupalayam.
Disaster relief camps due to flood and storm at Gudulur and Tanjavur
